Day and evening appointments, as well as HIPPA approved telemedicine sessions are available.

$200 for the initial intake, $150 thereafter (all sessions 56 minutes). Because I believe that therapy should not be a luxury item, I offer a generous fee adjustment for clients with no insurance. Please ask!

Insurance

Oregon: Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Reliant Behavioral Health, Aetna/Horizon, First Choice (Shasta, EDMS), MODA, Pacific Source, and OHP (via Deschutes County referral only). In addition, if I am not covered by your insurance, I will work with you to determine an affordable fee.

New Mexico: After several months of redundant paperwork and phone calls, I am happy to announce that I am FINALLY approved for the following insurance panels (including Medicaid): Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Molina, Western Sky, Presbyterian, Cigna, NMHC. If you have a different insurance, I am more than happy to apply to their panel.
